It is a Spanish cooperative company that develops and supplies components to the electrical appliance industry. It was established in 1963, and it has its headquarters located in Arextxabaleta, Spain. The company exports its products to the leading domestic appliance manufacturers as its customers worldwide. Its main plant in Aretxabaleta, northern Spain, includes acoustical chambers for noise testing. Other plants are located in Mexico, the Czech Republic and in Italy. The company is a subsidiary of MCC (Mondragón Cooperative Corporation), one of Spain's largest business groups. Within the MCC, Copreci belongs to the Mondragón Components division. The company's mission is to build a business group that will become a world leader in the development and production of components and solutions for electrical appliance manufacturers.
